Another key indicator that the U.S. economy is worsening:
The Lloyds went grocery shopping at Ream's.
(Which in case you are unaware is the worst store ever. Its the sort of place that you can find peaches right next to the cowboy boots.) Unfortunately, thanks to rising food prices, Ream's peaches are less than the price you might pay elsewhere, so despite the shame of buying food at a dilapidated farm supply store, we went there for our produce today.
Later at Sam's Club, Rachel wanted nothing to do with the cart until she realized that both she and her baby could sit and be buckled next to each other courtesy of their doublewide carts:
P.S. - We literally went to Sam's for no reason other than to browse around and taste the samples. This is the exact sort of Saturday activity that would have embarrased me as a child, and now we're doing it to Rachel :-)

Father's Day Weekend
Friday night Rachel and Mommy took me out to eat for Father's Day. I chose Cafe Trang at Legend Hills in Clearfield. Good food, a nice place to eat if you can't decide between Chinese, Thai, Indian, or Vietnamese food. They have it all:
Then we went to the garden and Rachel played with the horses while her parents pulled weeds:
Later, we fed ducks at the park in Layton:
and played on the swings:
It was a great weekend. I got a wonderful breakfast this morning and the book I wanted. Thanks Rachel, thanks Tori!!!

Stuck!!!
So I was in the office and heard Rachel calling "Daddy, I Stuck!" from the dining room. I could hear her, but it took me a minute to actually find her wedged under the table on one of the dining chairs. I have no idea how or why she got herself into such a position.
I rescued her right after I took this picture:
... and I promise that she was not nearly as terrified as she appears in this picture, otherwise I'd have gotten her out straightaway.
