They have messed up every part of the reservation I recently made. Seriously, they couldn't have been any worse if they had tried, and none of their employees seems to care at all. I'm not exaggerating when I say that each of the 10+ people I have talked to by phone over the past week has been rude and stupid. American Airlines
American Airlines in the worst company -- airline or otherwise on the face of the planet. I am baffled that they are still in business after the customer service nightmare I've been through with them all this week.
