Garden

After last year's success with a pot of herbs and tomotoes on the balcony, and despite a lack of requisite gardening skills or space in which to plant, we've decided to try a real garden this year. We've adopted this unused piece of earth in a landscape island at the unfinished edge of our condo's parking lot, and we are going to plant tomatoes, peppers, onions, broccoli and brussel sprouts. At some point this summer, new townhomes are going in back there and we hope our little garden doesn't fall victim to the contruction (or to constanly being peed on and dug up by the neighbor's dogs.)
Here's our progress so far:

    We just planted some starts indoors. They won't be ready to plant outside for a while still.

    Hi Tori! I didn't know you blogged. How fun. Let me know how your little garden does! We are going to try tomatoes on the balcony this year... last year Cameron pulled them all out of the planter...ugh.
