You may recall this post from last November about how American Airlines are the worst people on our planet. Well, this morning I got an email alert from Discover Card that a large purchase had posted to our account.
It seems that the hillbillies in their accounting department have decided to charge us for the awful flight again, six months later. The good news is that Discover is treating it as a fraudulent charge and will take care of it for us. This is good for everyone because if I had to speak to one of AA's customer "service" agents again, I probably would have hunted him down and killed him.
Consider yourself warned:
Never, never, never, ever, ever, ever, ever fly American Airlines!!! Never. Seriously- Never.
Oh my gosh that is funny! Sorry, other than tie her down...I am stumped on that one!
ReplyDeleteoh man, flying is the worst sometimes. we had a horrible experience with delta a few years ago. ugh. i can't imagine how companies stay in business with crappy customer service. when we moved here we had trouble with uhaul so my dad (who paid for our truck) called to complain and they said "we texted you at two different numbers to let you know" and when my dad tried to explain the numbers she had texted were landlines, not cell phones, she HUNG UP ON HIM. unimaginable.
