Dozens of bottles of tomatoes, salsa and pizza sauce that we an use all winter and know that we grew ourselves: Priceless.

ReplyDeleteThe half was in the morning at 8:00. We started tomatoes at noon and gave up at about 10 p.m. It was a fun day.

ReplyDeletethat is awesome! i have a tomato plant with tons of tomatoes on it but they are just not turning red, do you know what to do about that? also, how did you prepare the tomatoes for bottling? and where are you storing them?
