Not much going on around the Lloyd house lately. Just settling back into the routine of school and work after the holidays. In the meantime, so that the blog doesn't feel too neglected, here is a picture of Star, one of the lesser-known members of the family:
In addition to keeping Rachel and a fish alive, we've also managed to go for almost 2 years without killing this houseplant, despite terrible neglect:
Other than this and some bamboo, we've killed every other plant that we've ever owned. This one must somehow be hardier than the rest because we've literally gone months without watering or caring for it in any way....
Everyone says those plants are indestructible, but I've killed at least two. You grew an amazing garden, I wonder what it is about houseplants?
