We made it to Arizona tonight after 10+ hours of driving, including an extended stop at the Glen Canyon dam as we looked for the keys to our rental car that were lost while eating lunch and walking around the scenic viewpoint:
(After re-tracing our steps and combing through the rocks and sand we finally found the keys under the seat of the car.)
oh MAN, that could've been crazy! i locked our keys in our car at a gas station in durango, colorado once. that sucked.

oh my gosh it beautiful! And Yeikes! The locked car thing stinks. I locked myself out of my pick up at the gas station after going inside and paying for the gas only to remember that I left the keys sitting in the seat... nice one right?... lol Its good to hear your spending Thanksgiving with Anne.. Give everyone my love.
ReplyDeleteWe rented a car because it only cost like $80 for a week and keeps 2000 miles and the wear and tear off of our own cars.
