The air show was at Hill AFB over the weekend and we decided to go and check it out, despite the threat of bad weather. The first few hours were great, it was cloudy, but not raining and not too hot.

By about noon, the wind started picking up, they grounded the planes and put the show on hold. While debating whether or not to wait out the storm, it started raining heavily and we (and about 100,000 other people) simultaneously decided to leave. After about 20 minutes of running frantically through the rain like we were being chased by Nazis with a stroller laden with children and lawn chairs- we finally made it to the van. It took another hour to get off the base because of the traffic jam caused by the mass exodus. The children were not happy:
